Store Policies
Shipping: We normally ship all orders received Monday through Thursday within 48 hours unless that day falls on a holiday. Orders received Friday through Sunday usually ship the following Tuesday but may be shipped sooner depending on our backlog. We ship via Priority Mail which starts at $4.80 and try to keep our shipping as accurate as possible. We do not make a profit from shipping and we do not charge you for handling. Candles have higher shipping costs and so can incense, depending on the quantity you order. Insurance is extra: 1.75 up to $50, 2.25 over $50 and up to $100...etc. If you choose not to insure your shipment, we can not refund your money for lost or damaged shipments. We get proof of mailing and tracking for all packages. Returns: If you are not happy with your purchase, notify us by email within ten days of receiving it and you can return it for a refund as long as it is in new condition and, in the case of candles and incense, no wrappings or packaging have been opened or removed. We can not refund your shipping costs unless we shipped an incorrect or defective item. Privacy: The shopping cart asks for your email address. Please make sure that you enter it correctly so we can send you your tracking number when your order has been shipped or in the event there are issues with your order. We do not use your email address for any other reason. Disclaimer: Magic is in the eye and heart of the beholder.
